My best friend and I visited after passing by for the last few months – can't believe it took us this long! We ordered drinks, apps and an entre and everything was AMAZING! We definitely recommend the Pink Panther or Mulberry Mule for drinks and the corn dip for an app! Service was great! We had Alexa for a server and she was just the best; ensured we were doing ok and that the food was great. Absolutely amazing despite being the only service on duty! We highly recommend!!!
For a strip mall place it has character and great live music. The help was spot on all night and they did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed. I was not from the neighborhood nearby but I can tell they were greatly supported.
We’ve been here a couple times, but this one deserves a review! We loved the beer recommendations, the cheese cubes, and our burgers. Our wonderful server was new but she was prompt, polite, and attentive. I know we’ll be back, and I’ll order like 3 servings of the cheese cubes next time! ALSO...they put our burgers on a plate not in a basket!
New favorite sports bar in Ankeny! Went to this place on a Monday at 5 pm. The place was fairly empty, so we got seated right away and our waitress was very attentive. Ordered the margherita flatbread with chicken. My husband got the boneless wings and fries. All the food was delicious and came out hot and fast. They even have homemade ranch to go with the wings. We will be back! This place is great.
Went to 36th tavern to watch the Drake game. While I was disappointed with the outcome of the game, I was super impressed with the food and drinks!! I had a great time & will definitely be returning. Our pretzel bites were so tasty and had the perfect amount of salt. The chicken wings were crispy and a generous amount of seasoning/sauce. Kayla got cauliflower bites and they looked a little sad, as compared to other restaurants, but she claims that they tasted good!
I was truly impressed with dining at this restaurant. The kitchen in these types of establishments often go unnoticed, but here, it deserves high praise. The food’s consistency was remarkable; our dishes matched the photos perfectly and tasted just as exquisite. Even during lunch, the service was swift, yet we enjoyed our time without rushing. I’m delighted to have experienced this place and found the food as delightful as it appeared.
Yummy food! Friendly staff. It happened to be karaoke night. Had a great time. Ate lots of the 36th Street Corn Dip before we took a picture. I had the Honey Garlic Flatbread, and my husband had the Bedda Chedda Stuffed Cheeseburger. Everything came out on time and hot! Jamie was very nice.
We had a great meal here! The service was exceptional, our server Alexa was so friendly and checked in with us often! Our food came out quickly and it was hot! It was very busy and all the staff was busting it with a smile! We are already planning a return trip!
